Job Description

A Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They work closely with various stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, to manage the project effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Design: Develops project plans, outlines scopes of work, and manages the design process.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Estimates project costs, manages the construction budget, and ensures the project stays within financial limits.
• Scheduling and Time Management: Establishes project timelines, monitors progress, and manages the construction schedule.
• Team Management: Leads and coordinates the construction team, including subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identifies and manages potential risks that could impact the project, such as weather delays or material shortages.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintains clear communication with all stakeholders, including the owner, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure everyone is informed and on the same page.
• Quality Control: Oversees the quality of construction work, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues that arise during the construction process.
