Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Controller to join our team and help manage and elevate our financial operations.

Job Details Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-charge bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger entries
+ Prepare and deliver monthly P&L reports, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
+ Forecast financial trends, project costs, and manage budgeting processes
+ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
+ Oversee job costing, work-in-progress accounting, and financial reporting for construction projects
+ Maintain and optimize the use of accounting software (Procore and Foundation)
+ Coordinate year-end financial processes and support external audits
+ Work closely with ownership on strategic financial planning and decision-making
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
+ Minimum 5 years of full-charge accounting or controller experience (construction industry preferred)
+ Strong understanding of construction accounting, including project-based billing and job costing
+ Hands-on experience with accounting software (Procore and Foundation Software highly preferred)
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership teams
