Customer Success Specialist

Lower Mainland, BC (Remote with Some In-office)

Full-Time, Permanent

Our client provides a turnkey Customized Marketing System powered by the most advanced Loyalty Program available to Independent Business Owners today. We are seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Specialist to help clients fully leverage their marketing system while identifying upsell opportunities to enhance their success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring they maximize the system's benefits.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, providing strategic value and support.
• Conduct monthly check-ins to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Identify upselling opportunities to help clients achieve greater success.
• Work autonomously while collaborating with a tight-knit team (8+ year average tenure).

• Sales-driven approach – ability to upsell while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
