Job Overview: A reputable law firm is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Attorney to join its eDiscovery and Information Management group. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience across the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and who excel in managing complex litigation projects. The position is non-partnership track and offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters in a collaborative and structured legal environment. Location: Duties: Lead eDiscovery efforts on complex litigation matters Supervise and coordinate projects to meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards Draft and negotiate discovery protocols, orders, and agreements Serve as the liaison with case teams and clients for project updates and execution Coordinate with vendors and clients on data identification and collection Develop review project budgets and forecasts; oversee billing and invoicing Create and manage document review workflows and QC procedures Oversee and ensure accurate document productions Provide guidance and training to review attorneys to improve performance and consistency Promote and maintain a positive team environment Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery within a law firm, in-house legal department, or government agency Bar admission in the state where the candidate is practicing Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure Strong organizational and communication skills Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an accredited law school Certifications: Active bar membership in relevant jurisdiction (required) Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong business judgment and problem-solving capabilities Effective oral and written communication Ability to lead and influence case team members Detail-oriented with high standards for work product Proficiency in coordinating across legal, technical, and client teams Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, and the opportunity to work with top-tier legal professionals on nationally significant litigation matters.
