This non-partnership track role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes matters involving all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Location Duties Manage eDiscovery efforts in complex litigation and investigation matters Coordinate case execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Draft and negotiate discovery-related orders, protocols, and agreements Serve as the main point of contact between case teams, clients, and external vendors Oversee identification and collection of client data in collaboration with legal teams Develop and manage document review workflows, including quality control procedures Monitor and forecast project budgets and participate in invoice review Lead preparation and execution of document productions Provide feedback and training to review attorneys to optimize performance and accuracy Contribute to a positive team environment while ensuring compliance with internal practices Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant eDiscovery experience (law firm, in-house, government, or vendor-side) Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where services will be provided Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritize competing demands Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in project coordination in a legal or litigation support context Ability to engage in sedentary and computer-based work for extended periods Education Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from an accredited institution Certifications Must be an active member of the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Skills Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities High attention to detail and sound business judgment Excellent organizational and time-management skills Leadership ability and comfort guiding junior attorneys or legal staff Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of eDiscovery tools and software, and familiarity with the EDRM framework Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with hybrid work flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
