Job Description
Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30/9am-5:30/6pm and this role is in the office four days a week with one day remote (every other week). This is a wonderful opportunity to become a part of a close-knit administrative team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the investment team with administrative needs
- Sit up front at reception, greet guests, distribute mail, and manage phone lines
- Perform heavy calendar management and internal/external meeting scheduling
- Make international and domestic travel arrangements (hotels, cars, flights)
- Submit and track expense reports
- Assist with kitchen and office supply orders
- Work closely with other EA's to provide coverage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience out of finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $105K base depending on experience plus bonus, temp hourly rate paid in line
- 75% employer paid medical, dental, vision benefits (for employee and family)
- Generous PTO
