Position: Forklift Operator Location: Mascot TN Pay: $17 per hour Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Job Description: Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our team at our facility in Mascot. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, safely and efficiently moving materials and products to support our production processes. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse. Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other containers using forklift equipment. Safely stack and store materials in designated locations. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure proper functioning. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking and recording materials movement. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment. Qualifications: Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours as needed. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
