Whippy is seeking an all-star Sales Development Rep who thrives on high call volume, is resilient in the face of rejection, and excels in discovery, to join our dynamic team.

OTE for this position $75,000

• $45k base & $30k variable (or $2,500/monthly target commission)
• Hitting goals consistently will lead to promotion to Senior SDR

• Own the sales cycle from qualifying the lead to setting up a demo for our AEs.
• Conduct outbound sales across mediums such as cold calling, email outreach, Linkedin prospecting etc.
• Manage a pipeline of active leads and utilize CRM (Hubspot)
• Willing to refine sales messaging & strategies to achieve sales initiatives
• Crush monthly Quotas

• 1+ years doing outbound sales utilizing sales enablement softwares
• Proven experience doing a high number of daily cold calls (both office & mobile)
• Created & conducted sales sequences including copy & testing
• Extremely entrepreneurial given you would be an early sales hire
• Strong desire to move towards a full cycle role and close deals
• Want to work with a small team in an agile & scrappy startup environment
• Do not need to be micro managed and can, when needed, figure things out on your own
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Target OTE for this position is $75,000

Although his position is remote, we have a strong preference for someone in Los Angeles, Ca who can sit with our team. We split our time between WeWork in Culver City & West Hollywood, Ca.
